Question: How do I track my order?

Answer: Once your purchase has been shipped you will be emailed tracking information.  If you do not receive one within 72 hours after your purchase please email us or call us for tracking information. 

Question: What is your return policy for online purchases?

Answer:  60 Days.  Returned Buyer Damaged products or used vacuum bags or used filters will not be given a refund.

Answer: Vacuums Unlimited has been in business since September of 1978.

We ship from our stores in Springfield, Virginia and Annandale, Virginia.

Answer: Absolutely!  Our online store is powered by one of the most secure payment gateways available.  All of your information is 100% confidential and will never be sold or given to any third party.  

Question: How long does it take for an order to be delivered by Vacuums Unlimited.

Answer: In most cases it takes within 2 - 3 business days for delivery.  This may vary depending on the location of delivery.  Almost all of our merchandise we sell on our website is in stock so you do not need to worry about back orders or delay in delivery.
