Returns & Exchanges - Vacuums Unlimited has a 60-day return & 60-day exchange policy for all online purchases and some restrictions do apply.  Buyer must contact us before returning merchandise via email at returns@vacuumsunlimited.biz letting us know that you are returning merchandise. 

Vacuum Cleaners, Carpet Cleaners,  Steam Cleaners:

New Vacuums Cleaners that are returned in new or like new condition are eligible for refund. If your vacuum cleaner has a bag or dirt cup that is more than half full your vacuum cleaner is classified by us as being "used" and therefore not eligible for full refund.  Refund or Exchange will not be given if returned merchandise is damaged by customer.   

Vacuum Cleaner Supplies & Parts:

Used vacuum bags & filters are non refundable.  Return shipping for Vacuum Cleaner Bags, Belts, Filters, Vacuum Supplies, Vacuum Parts paid by customer. Method of shipment must be able to be tracked since this is the proof of return. Returned merchandise must be packed properly and not arrived damaged.   Refund or Exchange will not be given if returned merchandise is damaged by customer.
