Buy is responsible to ship any return merchandise and Vacuums Unlimited will not pay for any return shipping costs unless buyer received incorrect merchandise. Buyer must contact us before returning merchandise via email at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know that you are returning merchandise.

New Vacuums Cleaners that are returned in new or like new condition are eligible for refund. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning any vacuum cleaners to Vacuums Unlimited for a refund. If your vacuum cleaner has a bag or dirt cup that is more than half full your vacuum cleaner is classified by us as being "used" and therefore not eligible for full refund. Refund or Exchange will not be given if returned merchandise is damaged by customer.

Used vacuum bags & filters are non refundable. Return shipping for Vacuum Cleaner Bags, Belts, Filters, Vacuum Supplies, Vacuum Parts paid by customer. Method of shipment must be able to be tracked since this is the proof of return. Returned merchandise must be packed properly and not arrived damaged. Refund or Exchange will not be given if returned merchandise is damaged by customer.
